The ornamental pear trees are all blooming here and my neighbor has a huge one in her front yard... the pollen gives me a sore throat and makes my eyes water. So stop talking bad about the Germans, will you? We never did anything to you.

Duh!!!!!!!!!!

I made the effort to buy special easter eggs for eldest and his wife.

Put them on the dining table, at the back of the kitchen, until I was feeling well enough to drive over and deliver them.

Just went down to the kitchen.......glanced at the boxes, and noticed they seemed emtpy. Huh???? Looked again.

Aaaaarrghhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had forgotten about the sun.......that heated orb...........it comes right in the kitchen window. I now have two expensive cellophane and metalised carboard display boxes.......containing melted chocolate !!!!!!!!!!!!

*sigh*.

Perhaps I should have just stayed in bed.

Solution: put melted choc. in fridge till it hardens up. Then peel the plastic off and eat it!

It's not a good day. And it's still early.


~I'm not over being sick yet. I thought I was, but it came back around 2am last night. After getting maybe four hours of sleep, I had to get up and go to work. My entire stomach area to include organs and muscles is so sore I can't stand up straight. Wonderful.

~I couldn't eat anything this morning because I didn't want to chance being sick at work. I'm hungry.


~I have to take my laptop back to the repair shop that crashed my system the last time they had it. I refuse to pay another $150.00 to someone else to fix the problem that this shop supposedly fixed the first time.


~When I tried to drop it off this morning before work, the shop was closed. This wouldn't be as much of an irritation if I hadn't talked to the owner the night before and discussed what time I would be there today.


Is it over yet?
