So I get on the scale and it says I've lost 7 1/2 pounds overnight...I step off and say, don't get back on...but I do...only lost a pound...

I'm not fat just curious at my advanced age to see if I can get back to my "fighting" weight.

Doctor told me after forty it is nearly impossible.
