i LIKE my red lampshade, dammit. And JUST to piss you off, i think i'm going to add a good 6 inch long beaded fringe around the bottom in orange, green, yellow, and MORE RED! Yes! With little elephant shaped beads to go with the little soapstone elephant sitting on my desk, and fishy shaped beads to go with the goldfish bowl, and ohm beads if i can find them, just because you don't seem to get why it doesn't bother me to have things that are (gasp!) not christian in the house.

Now I don't see anything wrong with that lamp or the shade. But, that's just me. I think a lamp with a black shade looks good. Does it's job, lights up the room without shining in my eyes.
