Pasta is inherently sexy. It's slick, warm, satisfying and tasty. How could that not be considered sexy?
However, ravioli is not easy to concoct. Gotta have the right mixture to make it. It has to be sticky and firm, but too much in either direction and you get either a failed version of lasagna or a bad Italian imitation of tortilla chips.
Personally, I like to make a good three-layer lasagna. Tons of cheese, vegetables, and meat, layered and topped with a slightly spicy meat sauce . . . mmmmmm.

When we had the kitchen done out last year, we bought a washing machine that has an ironing cycle. Pop 3 or 4 wrinkled shirts in for 20 minutes, hang them up for half an hour and hey presto, no ironing!
And no, I don't iron my underpants. They just get lumpy as soon as I put 'em on anyways...

It's only within the last 20 or so years that houses have had what's laughingly called a "utility room". Yer average bijou property (2 bedrooms, for example) these days may have enough space for a washer under some counter top or other, but that's it.
We ain't weird, Damps, we just don't have much space and that costs a bloody fortune.
Enjoy your utility room, me dear. I gotta do my sink.
