Yes, i know it's a 'long story', as you put it.
No, i can't do anything about it.
If one of us owned the land, i could. If somebody would actually hire me, i could. There's a reason i've quit talking to you about this, and your response to a simple comment just reinforced the fact that it was a good idea. It doesn't seem to matter to you that i could lose my children - they've been my entire life the past six years - or that i've spoken to a lawyer that has already agreed to do what he can once i find a job.
You just don't seem to understand that i cannot run the risk of losing everything that's precious to me.
i'm sorry, love, but there's more at stake here than i think you realize. All i'm doing is biding my time until things are ready. i hope you can understand that.

OK, I will bow to the wisdom of the Vella-Mia. Going to put my feet up, fresh cuppa, nibbles, and chill out with some videos (until its time for me to make a phone call). I'm still working my way through the 3 crates of vids that youngest brought home last time he was here. Watched the Green Mile the other day, had me sobbing like a baby. Absolutely brilliant film.
