I was going to make bourbon chicken for dinner tonight, but the only bourbon I have in teh house is the commemorative bottle of Maker's Mark and a bottle of Woodford Reserve.
So now its Southern Comfort Chicken, and bourbon soaked chef.

Do what I do. Buy a frozen cheese pizza and your own fresh toppings including good cheese. Beats Pizza Hut any day.

That got my heart thumping. But I knew you wouldn't waste the good stuff. SC should be better for cooking anyway, more sugar.

Most of the time I make my own in an electric skillet but daughter had a craving and went to town. That's about all that can be said.

I Still toast your health every time I buy a new bottle. The SoCo makes for a good marinade, but the Woodford is definitely Reserved.

I may have to head down to Buckhead to find that. I had to go to three local places to get the Woodford. The winner did have a good selection including a $130 bottle of the premium reserve that I want to save my pennies to buy for that special occasion.
