Just started the roast for tomorrow's lunch. It will stew in a slow cooker from now until late afternoon, then cool and refrigerate. I'll skim the fat off the broth in the morning then set it on slow to cook for the morning and around 1;30 tomorrow the house will be filled with this wonderful aroma, and the meat is so tender it literally falls apart with a fork.

and the sauce... mmmmm the sauce....

Damn, now I'm hungry.

Best story about a composer ever... I don't know if it is true, but it is a great story... his original score for The Exorcist was supposedly scrapped after advance screenings because the combination of his music with the images was too scary. *grin*
