(Too late now, but next time, if I'm on here and you're waffling, I'll help by saying "go do it!" and then "yay you!" afterwards. I struggle with this every time, but almost always go, telling myself, "This is not optional." Plus, it doesn't knacker you, it gives you more energy. Or at least my slow jogging does.)
