Poor thing. I'm sure you already have crackers at your bedside. Hopefully it'll be over soon! How many weeks are you?
today I had my 12 week appointment, it would be fine if it was morning sickness. Maybe it is in a different way. It comes and goes every couple of days, it doesn't just last for a little while it lasts for hours. Threatening to dehydrate me. I went to the store and got some pedialite, that seems to be helping. Before that I did watered down gatorade to rehydrate me, while it is cheaper the pedialite is designed for nausea so I figured I'd give it a try this time and we'll see how it goes.

Try pedialite or a 50/50 mix of gatorade and water if stomach won't settle, it helps for me. But if it's not tummy ache and nervousness...*hugs*

*hugs* I had sporadic morning sickness as well and it was never in the morning. It was always in the afternoon and lasted almost exactly 6 hours when it did hit. Another thing you can try is making your own pedialyte...

4 cups water
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 packet Sugar-Free Kool-Aid (optional)

Directions:

Mix all until disolved.

Store in the refrigerator. Throw away any remaining after 1 week. You can also freeze some in ice cubes to use later, or keep drinks cold.

You can use this with kids as well and use their favorite koolaide and I have substituted my favorite jello in the drink instead of the koolaide and sugar. You take half a jello pack (hot water to start the mix) and add rest of water so it doesnt firm up. Add in the baking soda and salt.

Either way its a cheaper alternative to gatorade and pedialyte and its the same ingredients minus some citrate acid I believe...which you could throw in a splash of orange juice if you can handle it or if not leave it out.

It never ceases to amaze me how annoying three people can be in just one seemingly endless hour between getting out of bed and leaving the house. I wish I could just erase this hour from my morning. *poof*

I wonder if I can get away with butchering a apple crumble recipe and still have it turnout ok with other stuff in it as well and still have the kiddie and hubby eat it. *takes the gamble*

I think it merged with mine. You can have some back. My body can't take much more.
