Hubby just came home from getting a haircut. All I said to kid was daddy is home. Not that he had haircut.

Said kiddie walks in, looks at daddy and spouts 'you have funny hair' and busts out laughing. I know I shouldnt laugh I really shouldnt but 2 year olds will say anything. And he had walked home with his hat on so it did look a little funny.

Good sweetie And no sign of him...I actually hate when they say oh we'll be there in the morning. I've wasted 2 1/2 hours of my time so far when I had things to do in town. Now means I'll have to wait till after lunch and take a cranky non-nap kiddie into town to get everything done.

Those people can get really irritating sometimes... especially when you have a lot of work on your hands. If you have some more time you could try to make the cranky kiddy into a laughing and playing one.

Trying...depends on if I can keep her distracted the entire trip into town. She just now stopped taking naps but she really does need them. Either way I have a back up plan. The bad mommy is going to by her an icecream if she is really good I save treats like that for drastic times and this might be one of them cos her little eyes are drooping already. Or maybe she'll fall asleep in the stroller *crosses fingers*
