It sounds like I'm the only person in a good mood this morning.

Usually it's the other way around.

Not true!

I fought Steven Segal in a dream last night! I didn't lose.

We were trying to get a wish granter (a log in the middle of nowhere, looked kind of like a Half Life 2 set piece). Keith David was dressed like he was a Riddick, and on my side (how cool is that). He told me that whoever got to the granter first would get his wish. Segal and I got there at the same time. I started laughing because neither of us got our wish. So Segal grabbed a bow staff, while I had to defend myself with a long bow (no arrows). He came in at me, like a moose, I got up close to him (staff is a ranged weapon, not very handy upclose), used his staff to pin his arms to his body, and backfisted him in the FACE!

I had fun this morning, even before eating breakfast :D

Don't call here at midnight and then again at 6 am with your drama. She's a psycho. Feel lucky she bailed when she did.

Also, why can't I sleep anymore? I went to bed at 12AM, and I felt totally awake at 5:30AM???

Can't answer the clothes question, but I did the same thing with sleep. Head hit pillow and I fell asleep hard (read: passed out)......around 2:30, woke up over an hour before my alarm at 5 something. I fought though, I refused to get out of bed.
Still have to go to work now. :p

To the Deathlynxs - Thank you both. I didn't mean for it to sound so....whiny or that bad in general. It was just a thought that maybe there was a reason for that specific situation.

DUCKIE!!!!! Deep breaths, you'll be ok, and even if the house wasn't a distaster in the first place, it would be after 10 minutes anyway. ;)

Only about two hours till we leave for Pride.

I'm such a dork.

And also- I don't think there's anything cuter than a three year old singing "Cecilia"

I was wrong. There's nothing cuter than a three year old singing "Cecilia" followed by "Particle Man" followed by "Yellow Submarine."

I can't shut my brain off.

I proof/edit menus.

Emails.

Newspaper articles.

Advertisements.

Ingredients on a bag of dog food.

Everything.

*sigh*

That's too cute, i can just see you getting mightily pissed off at the misplacement of a comma in an email :D

''What the flying fuck?! that's not meant to be there! the incompetant fool!'' *McK angrily deletes email, having read only the 1st line*

I should have come to see you before I sent in my final papers. I'm so freaking nervous that I'll lose points on the grammar.:(

There should be a support group for that. Grammarholics Anonymous? Grammar Obsessive Disorder Support Group?

We, Litsters, could organize a "Walk for Grammar Obsessive Disorder." :rose:

BTW, Grace your av is lovely, and evocative. What a neat and trim package you are! :rose:

*blush* Thank you Rox, the Jacket, was a gift from someone very special to me, and officially qualifies as my most important possession.

I will replace that av with a pic of the jacket from the front :)

Its a real leather jacket, a Harley Davidson one :D

and how is it, exactly... that in such a state of complete and utter physical exhaustion, that I am suddenly wide awake... sleep... *wrapping up in my blankets* ...must sleep.... must sleep right now.........

*opens one eye and peers across the thread*

But hey... *opens the other eye and focuses with a grin* ...at least I got to see Grace stylin in her leather jacket... *wiggles eyebrows*
