My kids' soccer team, previously 2-3-1 beat the first place team (previously 6-0) this morning by the score 6-2. My daughter is the only girl on the team and it was really great to hear parents of the opposing kids say, "She's really good!" "Man, she's tough and never gives up!"

Not tonight hun, I'm shattered after driving almost 400 miles today, to visit my folks for a couple of hours. The return trip was hell - dark, rain and mist. Very very tiring. I just want to crash, but with drunken idiots screaming and yelling in the street right outside my house, its not likely for a little while.

And also........I'm not someone who can just walk into a pub on my own. Never been able to do it, not likely to start now. *shrug*. Just me.
