When we need someone the most, we find someone in the least likely places.

I can be here as long as you need or want Me to be Mrs. D. :rose:

Thank you, right now all I can do is sit here and cry. I'm scared as hell, I want him to be fine so badly. I don't know what to do. Normally I'd have my best friend online to help distract me but he's not online tonight...

I will take his place for now if you would like. We can sit right here and chat :rose:

I was going to work on my Virtual Reality story tonight, looks like that's not going to happen...

I have started a story for Slyc's Clue Challenge----got a long ways too before I got stuck. 26 words!! :p
The idea is just not quite formed in My mind.
I really was irritated at Myself that I couldn't write a "How-to" that I felt was acceptable to turn in. The last one I wrote, though good, I just don't know if I should enter it. So it sits.
What is your story about, if I can ask? :)

Why, why, why?!?!

Much like the extended and graphic toruture scenes of Saw III, these threads are making me nauseous. Why, oh why, do I keep following those links to the latest posts, when I know I should avert my eyes?

I have about 10,750 words written in this one, at least I do so far and I have a lot more planned.

The whole idea for the chain is you fall asleep playing a video game, then you have a dream about it. I chose Soul Calibur, doesn't matter which incarnation because the characters I use are in all of them. I haven't even got to the sex scene yet, lol. But it involves pirates, both the cruel and suave kind, torture and seduction (which has yet to be written cause I just got past the torture and into the means in which I can be seduced).

That's right, I read of this one. Video games and I haven't really met each other though. I think it's My age........I'm a tad too old......well........LOL
That's a lot of words. I thought the story I just finished at about 5600 was a lot....hhmmmmmmmm
So how many more words will you end up with do you think?

Not true, my father plays video games and as I said he's almost 60. :p

I'm not sure how many more I will end up with, but I'm willing to bet it will take a couple of pages to post. I'm in the middle of page 5 and am seeing the scene leading up to the sex taking at least a page, the sex taking another couple of pages...Maybe, probably at least 5,000 words more...

Hubby has been editting but I can give you a sneak peak if you want one. ;)

I would love to see a bit of it. ((BTW I am 51 but don't tell anyone else ok??))

Should I just PM it to you?

*whispers* don't worry, I won't say a word to anyone. *stiffles her giggle*

PM sent and you're welcome. :rose:

I should be thanking you, but I'm not sure if thank you would be enough for your help tonight...

Though I am not a true fan of Country Music, I do know most of the songs here. Very good choices. The ones in blue I really like.

Although I am still deciding how Poison got mixed up with George Strait........*hmmm*

You are welcome. I offered to stay as long as you wanted Me here and that offer stands. :rose:

I had to cheat and look up the lyrics, this is why that song...

Twenty-two years of mental tears
Cries a suicidal Vietnam vet
Who fought a losing war on a foreign shore
To find his country didn't want him back

Their bullets took his best friend in Saigon
Our lawyers took his wife and kids, no regrets
In a time I don't remember
In a war he can't forget

He cried "Forgive me for what I've done there
Cause I never meant the things I did"

If it's time for you to go to bed go ahead, you've helped me so much tonight. Gotten me in a mood that perhaps I can write some, actually got two paragraphs done so far and put the story at over 11,000 words. Thank you so much for talking to me, it really means a lot. :rose:

I have no rules at My place. I am alone. I have My Clue entry I can work on while we chat too. I have nothing all day to do Friday. The advantage of being on My own LOL :nana: :nana:

I don't think I could deal with being alone, I have a hard enough time doing it when hubby is at work. That's actually why I switched to working nights, that way I get more time to sleep with him when he gets home.

I have to go to the doctor's tomorrow, allergy meds are starting to not work any more and last time I used them (nasal spray) I ended up with a nose bleed...

I was married for 33 years before I left. Making it alone is both tough and exciting at once.

But it is My choice, and I am happier this way. :D

Ah yes, allergies. The lovely things causing Me to stay inside most of the spring season.....

Five more days left of being a teacher, and having a boss, and being woken up by an alarm each day, and having to join the rat race.

What can I do next Friday to celebrate?

As long as you are happy that's what matters, I admire you for making such a decision and being so strong. :)

My allergies are all year round, but in the spring and summer they get worse because one of my allergies is grass...

OMG, I'm up to 13,000 already and still not even a fondle...

Have fun, throw yourself a party and make sure you have the right kind of company. ;)
