Sorry to hear that My school is fairly inner-city as well... I won't claim there isn't worse, but people tend to be impressed upon hearing I'm student-teaching there and doing reasonably well.

Good for you, seriously. teaching can be a tough job, but very rewarding. I'm thinking of getting back into it, in fact.

I'm sure there's a way you could do both . . . although we'd certainly miss you around here.

I keep playing with the idea of getting a Master's, then PhD and teaching college. But I'd better hurry if I want to do it by forty.

Both? not a way in hell... I'm swamped as it is. S would die from horny frustration, and I'd probably make either myself or my students cry because of my stress level.

Yeah, teaching and taking classes can be rough. An ex did that when she was getting her PhD.

As for me, I have this teensy weensy credit problem . . . I could still make it work, somehow, but I'm finding it hard to justify it.

i went to bed with damp hair- i was so tired i was fallign off my desk chair and gave in at 12:30 (very early for me). I was too tired to dry my hair. I woke up looking like Einstein! or a Lion! or a cross between the two! my hair was just EVERYWHERE! and coz it's short at the back, it was just sticking up like mad!
