oooo thanks for clearing that up. i had no idea. i cant imagine it being any worse than some of the mexican dishes that are served here. we should do a cook off with the worlds hottest dishes.

My pleasure- always nice to clear up cross-continental misunderstandings.

I personally don't eat the hottest dishes I can find. Whilst spice is nice I like being able to *taste* the flavours in ym food!

agreed with exceptions.
wasabe. i have to have a ton of it with my sushi. i love the way it makes my eyes water.
jalepenos. i love a ton of them on tacos or taco salad.
other than that, ive never found curry to be all that spicy anyway. could be ive just never had it done right.

Never had sushi. Too scared to have a go w/o someone to talk me through it :)

you'd love tobiko. its flying fish roe. they're like the rice crispies of sushi. YUM!
