One still appreciates the art form, though one does not necessarily insist upon it. A departure from the nature of being so particular.

any time you're in a room with me you are in danger of being pushed up against a wall, lifted off the floor and held up and kissed until your lips are bruised...

I'm reminded of a scene from the Exorcist :cool:

Of course. By all means, I can't claim it as my own; it's from the Tao Te Ching.

Cool, thanks. It is a very interesting concept- a logical one that many do not consider.

This is true.

Tao Te Ching said:
We put thirty spokes together and call it a wheel;
But it is on the space where there is nothing
that the usefulness of the wheel depends.
We turn clay to make a vessel;
But it is on the space where there is nothing
that the usefulness of the vessel depends.
We pierce doors and windows to make a house;
And it is on these spaces where there is nothing
that the usefulness of the house depends.
Therefore just as we take advantage of what is,
we should recognize the usefulness of what is not.

Thank youfor the full quote, i just looked up Tao Te Ching, Chapter 1 is very nice...

The tao that can be described
is not the eternal Tao.
The name that can be spoken
is not the eternal Name.

The nameless is the boundary of Heaven and Earth.
The named is the mother of creation.

Freed from desire, you can see the hidden mystery.
By having desire, you can only see what is visibly real.

Yet mystery and reality
emerge from the same source.
This source is called darkness.

Darkness born from darkness.
The beginning of all understanding.

The red text can ring true especially.
