What a relief when we overcoming emotional challenges we did not know we had. It is almost like a revelation when we feel the intense build up over a matter of days, hours, minutes.
And finally when it is over, we realise it was there all along, we simply did not recognise it. And then we do, and it's over, and it's ok.
