Good evening. I hate to be the one to inform you, but that saying may apply to the Chamber of Commerce, but not to the Lit. World. I have be on here for approximately 2 years. I have found that the men outnumber the ladies by 20-1, yes 20-1. And the few ladies that do appear on here from time to time seem to disappear after a few weeks. I’m afraid you in in for a long, lonely, vigil waiting for a female response. But there is always some Hope I suppose, especially rather trying times, with more & more people staying at home. Have lived in Northern Virginia for 28 years and it is a sexual dead zone. Women place/answer posts with NO intention of EVER meeting/having sex. Many have told me they place posts to make their boyfriends/husbands jealous and they have NO intention of EVER following through. Also, getting responses feeds their egos.

These observations don't apply only to Northern Virginia as I've talked with friends and relatives in other states (and some in Europe) and they've ALL said the same thing.

I fully expect to get blasted by women who say none of this true.
