"Not that I condone facism; or any ism for that matter. Isms, in my opinion, are not good. A person should not believe in an ism, he should believe in himself. I quote John Lennon, “I don’t believe in ‘Beatles’, I just believe in me.” Good point there. After all, he was the Walrus. I could be the Walrus, I’d still have to bum rides off of people."

Not believing in anything is better? Better than what?

True enough, but a bit irrelevant.

-isms by definition are simply ideas.

Example: " I believe in electromagnet-ism".

All hail electrons!

What exactly does believing in oneself mean? Like believing in Santa Claus? Do you touch yourself over and over just to reaffirm your existence?

That could make you go blind. :)

What does believing in an "-ism" mean?

That could make you go dumb.

Idealism is an -ism.
Believing in an Ideal Self is what Jesus is all about. He is the Son of God. We are all of God, but we aren't perfect like God. There has never been one perfect human, except Jesus, and he is the Ideal that people do their best to live up to.

It's easy to say "believe in yourself", but it's not so easy to do because we are all flawed and make mistakes, so, you believe in an Ideal Self. It guides you and drives you.

There was only one perfect person.

Look what they did to him.

Luk is very relevant to you considering over half of your posts are about Luk. Let's check our guest panel, shall we?

The point would be stronger if you weren't yipping at his ankles like a grumpy chihuahua.

I don't think you're ruining any standing other than your own here.

Damn dude. All day, all night. Searching, defending, trying to remain relevant. So much wasted time. So many failed relationships.

You must have an alarm set anytime someone types lu.

If it wasn't so sad it would be funny.

Just kidding, it is funny. LOL

Funny thing about this cartoon: Everything we see the Ismist State doing to the Statesman, the Farmer and the Worker has been done to them IRL -- by the Capitalist!
