Don't you kinda chuckle when readers ask you if your story is true?

If all my stories and poems were true, I'd be a lesbian (and bi) exhibitionist Realtor, whose sanity is questionable, who will soon be abducted by aliens, who takes notes during sex, is a gay male, and is strongly attracted to African men.

Okay, so some of that is true.. BUT, of course my stories are not and could not all be true.

What would you be if all your stories were true?

Most of my stories are entirely fiction.

A few stories include certain scenes as I remember them. Is my rememberance true? Probably not. All our memories are shaded and colored by our lives until the memories themselves become fictions.

If all my stories were true ....

I'd be much happier with sitting through the readings at mass, I'd have a broken heart (but possibly one that would be mended), I'd have a crop weilding editor that looks hot in a pair of riding boots, santa claus would be real, my girlfriend and dog would be dead and I'd have a penis.

I'll give you the same answer I gave the last reader who asked me this....

With fifty stories up I'd be very very tired, happy, and sated....

Actually, five of the fifty are more or less true or as true as ones memory lets them be....

Which five.... now there is the question....

Really happy!

A couple are actually pseudo based on me, but with me having a bit more fun.

But to play along with the game:
I would be a conflicted psychic with a harem and possible schizophrenia
I would be in jail
I would be recovering from hypothermia with the aid of a wife and a hot neighbor
I would be dating a 5' redhead

If all my first person stories were true, I would be very, very happy.

As for most of th third person stories, since they have nothing to do with me, I wouldn't feel much different, one way or the other, except that I would like the idea of people being sexually satisfied.

ETA: Although, to be honest, if all my first person stories were true, I would be chronically exhausted. But happy, nonetheless.

In past times and places I wrote stuff that was absolutely true, down to the last purple adjective. Yet people thought I made it all up. Sometimes I would present something that, to me, could no way be mistaken for truth, yet people would ask me years later how things turned out with that circumstance.
