Shoigu (rumored to have heart problems) reappeared, seemingly. With current topics (draft) that didn't look like canned footage. Gerasimov (chief of general staff) is still missing, unless I have missed something.

Russians still haven't officially acknowledged most of Ukrainian claims of killed generals, but according to rumors have arrested seven or so themselves. There's also a rumor that Ukrainians have captured a Lieutenant General with that cache of high end EW gear, but I have heard only as an alleged confirmation from U.S. intelligence... Also there's allegations the chief of Eastern Military district had taken command over his two armies NW of Kyiv personally, probably based on his visit to vicinity of Hostomel for a decoration ceremony (that's proven with geolocation).

Putin regularly purge his generals, he's fearing army and keeps it low in prestige and influence. What's his main problem is, is alleged ongoing conflict with his very own and virtually almighty FSB. That's why there's speculation Putin in his bunker may be deliberately kept delusional.
