I think she's still safe...artists are allowed to photograph kids (and that is a hysterical shot). Still, with the world we live in today...*shakes head* I have a great pic of my daughter in a bubble bath with a foam Santa beard and a plastic whale on her head that will make me laugh until I'm 80. Sadly I don't feel comfortable sharing it with people, despite it being far less revealing than this one. I don't think there is anything wrong with the pic, it's just that I always look at the way it could be interpreted by those who would do harm, so to speak.
And besides I would be very upset if 'twas you that came into harms way.
