I'd say it's probably a camera trick and it's taking advantage of his overly big scrotum. There are several "squirts" that look the same to me. Color and viscosity are different for different men, but this looks manufactured.

The size of his balls has nothing to do with it. Semen is two parts. Semen and sperm. The sperm component comes from the testicles and is minuscule in volume. The semen component comes from the prostate and makes up 99.9 percent of the volume of ejaculate. Therefore, the size of his sac has little or nothing to do with how much he produces when he ejaculates.
