Those who carry the Canadian show titled "Kink" will understand to which I am reffering.

I just finished watching a male inject what appeared to be Botox or something very similar into his own lips and chest. He said the effect only lasts the duration of 5-6 hours, but I was still quite intrigued by the idea of someone so easily able to access a substance of this nature. Was it a fluke, or has it really become so simple to transform yourself into the person you secretly long to be?

totally off the cuff and backed by absolutely nothing but things ive heard:
it is very easy for anyone to get hormones or chemicals to enhance...i do have a trannie friend who knows the ropes...
it scares me that you can obtain these things through black market so easily. if it were just legal...it could be done more safely, in my opinion anyway.
i saw a show about a trannie who injected so much botox that he died. now, im not certain it was the botox or the way it was injected...but if it had been legal, and the right way to inject had been shown, this life might have been saved.

Yes! It "inflates" them for a certain period of time.

Many M-to-F TSs have trouble getting into HRT. It's a long & complicated task that includes Psy evaluations, and in most cases, living full time as a woman. For alot of them, especially the two or three I know, living full time is a particularly hard thing because they look so masculine. While the intent is to make absoultely sure the person is positive they wish to transition, it can be extremely traumatic for Ts's who don't have a particularly feminine body.

One answer is a host of natural herbal drugs which produce compunds that resemble estrogen. Taken in the right dosages and mixtures they can do something to help. The majority I know, however, do as Vella's freind and turn to the black market. There they can get Premarin, as well as several drugs that inhib production of testosterone etc.

Most of these drugs are not actually controlled substances, but, they causes a lot of changes that should be monitored by a physician, including changes in pancreatic & liver function that canbe dangerous.

Inthe end, they are on the edge of being illegal, and in some cases it is illegal to take them without a physician monitoring you, but, Many people feel the risk is worth it, so there is a thriving market.

I, myself, have been forced to use less than above board means to obtain painkillers for my migranes. While not illegal, I drive 21 hours, back home, to see a physician in Mississippi. He has known me all my life and knows the kind of pain I face, and he is not bothered in the least to give me a script. No doctor here in NY will. The process here of getting to someone who can and will prescribe painkillers is so convoluted it borders on the rediculous.

Basically, as long as the government intends to play MD and determine who can have what, a market will thrive for those who want/need something they can't obtain. I've been told a painkiller like Hydrocodone goes for something like 18$ up here from a street pusher. While that sems fantastic, when you are in pain, it's a msall price to pay. Luckily, I have enver had to go that route. But for someone who wishes cosmetic enhancement of their bodies, I tend to think their desperation is no les than my own to escape pain, and I imagine anything is avialable for a price.

I recently saw a show where a transexual, post op, was at a "pumping party'. Basically she didn't have breast implants and to acquire the look they have parties where a psuedo physician injects silicone into the chest. The silicone was the kind you get at Home Depot or someplace similar that comes in the tube. It's diluted and injected right into the chest area. The problem arose when the woman died because silicone is unstable in that form and it went into her bloodstream cutting off oxygen from going to her internal organs, she basically smothered from the inside.

We had something like that happen in Florida--a couple of doctors have had their licenses taken up, for injecting cheapass, unregulated botox...the injectees actually got botulism!

If people want poison injected into their head without knowing the effects in years to come - fuck 'em. They will be the people we are studying in a few years, not the lab rats.

Recent fashion mags show people at 29-30 'needing' it as they look old. Well, I'm nearly at 30 and don't feel I need it ... mainly because I exercise and eat decent food unlike most of the dried up has beens who get botox every 6 months.
