Is this going a bit too far?

As someone with an interest in bondage/BDSM, as well as computers...

This is complete BS. Changing what is on the box isn't going to change the terms that computer wonks like me, and many others, have used for years.

I hate political correctness... It's just a loud cry by ignorant people, in my opinion. It takes 5 minutes to ask why things are labeled like they are (in that situation especially) but everyone would rather get upset and raise a bitch-fit about it.

... not that the first time I learned about those labels for hard drives, I didn't chuckle about it a bit. :)

This is not how the world works, but my own feelings are... if you are easy to offend, then you deserve to be offended. :)

dang...if they think the Master/slave thing is bad...they should hear what the name of my computer is, as I picked it out when I got it and named it:

the B.I.T.C.H.

(broad in total control of herself) :D

I might be wrong but is this (PC) thing going too far.

Curious as to how all of you feel.

Being a black male, who was around for the Civil Rights movement, and saw Detroit and Watts burn... I have to admit.. that this is complete and utter BS...

No one who has been in the business looks at that as derrogitory or infamitory (however someone spells that.)

People just seem to need something to bitch about.

There are more pressing problems in this country than whether we use the terms for the primary or secondary hard drives....

Really stupid....
