Amen. It's amazing how many arguments have, as their central premise, "those who disagree with me are complete and total idiots." Often this often continues on, as well, to "and are morally bankrupt baby-eating monsters." Remarkable, really, how many of them there are out there.

I prefer to use Stalin myself.

And since the people who I compare him to are usually on the 'Right' side of the spectrum, this gibe usually results in an attack of apoplexy. I keep hoping for their heads to explode, but it hasn't happened yet.
