In othe words it does what all curches do. Uses Iconism to further its agenda.

But judging by where it appears to be placed--on a billboard in public--I suspect that most people drive by it, glance at it, and never think twice about it.
And that, of course, is its point: people have grown so accustomed to accepting patently ludicrous and offensive messages from advertising, that they can't even tell what's ludicrous or offensive any more.
