Is this a good place to discover a female to swing with in UK? (Bi male here)

I’m a bisexual male and not fussed about the “apps” approach, but would love to meet and perhaps form a relationship with a like minded bi woman. Keen to explore and open to possibilities, maybe this is a good place for this? Any tips welcome.
