Is there anything worthwhile on the deep web?

I keep hearing about the deep web and Noor mentioned tor here in another thread.

My question is: Is there anything actually interesting on the deep web, aside from drugs, human trafficking, and hitmen for hire? Is there any reason the average person would go there?

The deep web is sort of a catch-all term for anything on the internet that can't be found by google or other search engines.

Lots of things are not searchable, stuff like areas that are password protected, non html, badly set up websites that wanted to be searchable but use tables or bad code and can't be searched, storage areas, lots of stuff.

The dark web is where people intentionally do not wish to be found. They are not all criminals, there are other reasons.
