I'm going to hijack your thread.

I have a polar bear .gif that I do not have the tools to resize without loseing the animation. If anyone has the ability to resize it for use as an av in the future, I would be thankful.

Hey, if anyone out there DOES have those tools, please... please... please... for the love of what ever higher being is up there laughing at me... tell me what prog you use, and how to do it!!!!

Modest Mouse, I've tryed to shrink that picture... but it keeps wanting to save as an avi file. when i tell it to save as a animated gif, it gives it a black background.
Mabey if i had the original picture.

Gilly just use adobe photoshop or corel phtopaint and use the image/imagesize or redefine comands.

Thanks for the effort Fly. That is the only version of the pic I have, I pulled it off a website the other day. I couldnt do a thing with it and the pixel size is just a bit too large.

Thanks for the reduction Mischka...I was only give B-Rose a hard time about the flower. She's trying to trick me into putting a flower up I think.

I put mu licking polar bear up but he doesnt feel right, so I put up a self pic. I look great in pink.
