There is also a Special Contests page, but it stops at 2014:

You can also use the story search to filter by contest winners:

Go to the Advanced Search page (click the little gear icon), check the box for "contest winners" just above the blue Search button.

We don't really want to type anything in the text field at the top of the form, but it requires us to enter something. So I just enter "a" there, as a very common word that should show up in just about every story. It might miss one or two stories that somehow don't have an "a" but it should be close enough for most purposes.
