Yesterday, Lit Poetry only had four poems posted....today I load and there are several more from yesterday and only one posted for today! Can someone please confirm that there is a glitch so I know its not just me :)

sorry, bulltlr, i cannot confirm nor deny - 'cos then i'd have to kill you

that was my spy impression.

but seriously, i can't say - could be, or maybe some work was getting done on the site over the holiday period? not to worry, this stuff happens, especially when new elements are being introduced and tested... and this announcement was made yesterday by Manu:

that was a great spy impression... nearly had me worried.. ahh scared!

Thanks for the info Chip!

and if by magick, they appear,
and then the order rearranges???
who does that and why?

by all rights, it should be FIFO.
It's not,
so it's not automatic

I did get a curious response, a few weeks ago.

never mind, I broke in a left a few comments. I was just surprised a bit when I came to a web page with my 1201 road sign in a red circle with a red line through it.

1201, is there a competition on who can write the most comments? I've been commenting.... I see no point on commenting on something I.... A. can't understand B. find silly and or C. have no comment for

As far as I'm concerned, you have done an admirable job. Rhetorical question does the number of comments exceed submissions. I know yours has.

Another what is the ratio of comments to posts? 1 to 2, 1 to 20, 1 to 2,000?
bulltir you have 60 posts, I have over 3,000. (which is just slightly more than some people have fans:rolleyes:)

More my issue is; why am I wasting my time on some of the slacker submitters?

If a poem is unread is a poem?

POP whoosh as oxygen hits the anaerobic festerings. Gawd, I'm such a prick.

Yeah... I don't see that changing anytime soon so you best just get use to it!

whoa, ho, ho, and
ha:devil:

Is there a reason for it?
That was not the order

Tell me again about the scrubber now?

right, my little crusader: please. in english this time and plain speak. YOU know what you're on about, but some of us aren't so fast :D

nah, that's been fucked forever.
I just wonder what is the rational for shifting positions in new poems?

FIFO
ho,ho
Begins to look like a dickhead game.

Explanation please. Make it plausible. I tend not to believe.

I love pricks. Just sayin'...

I would have to agree. There are times when poems aren't posted as fast. People actually find the time to get off the internet and to be social is my guess. My question to you is what makes a thread popular and gets lots of comments over a thread that is not and doesn't get much responses or none at all?

I have absolutely no idea!

If you are referring to the threads that you've posted with a single poem, maybe if you can say what you'd like for participation in your thread there might be more response. Alternatively, if you make a thread and place your poems in there instead of individual threads then posting poems when ever you're inspired, others will feel inspired by your poetry and comment with a poem of their own.
