"Exquisite Corpse" was a game Breton and Co. would play, where they'd take a sheet of paper, fold it in half, and then have someone draw an image on one side of the fold, and then (without looking) pass it to another person who would draw and image on the other side of the fold.

You can do the same basic thing to compose a poem--alternate half lines, or alternate verses.
