Is there a block feature?

lisa: yes, there is. go here. just copy & paste the person's username and add to the list. you can access that from your user CP (control panel). :>

There's a buddy/ignore list under the user control panel. I believe adding someone's name to the ignore list will at least prevent PM's from said person. If this doesn't work for you, I'm sure someone more knowledgeable than I will be along to help shortly .

There is an option in the private messaging section Edit Options page to automatically refuse PMs from anyone not on your buddy list; that optionwill prevent your "stalker" from resuming harassment under a new username.

The ignore list hides all threads started by the ignored user and the text of any post within someone else's thread -- which is nice, but might be excessive if the only need is to block unwanted PMs
