Is the chat function down?

Site working fine, but can’t access chat……just keep getting a default page.

Default page? You mean the log in page I assume? I would suggest clearing your cache and cookies, make sure what ever browser (or if you are useing the app) is up to date and restart said App or Browser. Sometimes a tracking cookie or some kind of update might not have fully installed and then try again. Especially if its been a while since you logged in.

Also maybe test it on another device is available or another browser. Sometimes lit does not like browser updates right away.

Just refresh the page a couple of time should work after that

I was not aware that was a default page? The default page to me says the log in page.

But yes....refresh the site as Paul said it takes once or twice to get to the log in.

I guess I caught the error the same time the op did and then the system corrected itself. That's why I included a screenshot
