I'm a Crash Course fan, and I have noticed that in the course on Black American History, the host Clint Smith never says "slave," only
"enslaved person."

Politically correctness is a thing of the past. It all had to do with liberals feelings and we really could give a fuck what they feel...we really don't mind hurting their feelings with words!

Politically correctness is a thing of the past.

Political correctness (commonly abbreviated to P.C.) is a term used to describe language, policies, or measures that are intended to avoid offense or disadvantage to members of particular groups in society.

Examples of Deplorables / MAGAts engaging in political correctness:

CDC Orders Retraction of Research So Papers Can Be Reviewed for “Transgender” and Other “Forbidden Terms”

New administration pressures the NFL to remove "End Racism" because it no longer conforms to their version of politically correct terminology

Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth Renames Fort Liberty to Fort Bragg

Disney Overhauls DEI Efforts Amid Trump Administration Purge

If you don't wanna hear it, follow your X Posmaster Generals idea...

We really should not keep calling Trump a "rapist."

The PC term is now "organ donor."

Call him whatever you wish, his feelings won't be hurt! Hell, he's taking your whole party down and name calling won't deter his actions, I promise!

"Taking your whole party down"?! In the midterms, we're gonna have such a blue tsunami as hasn't been seen since FDR!

Your party won't be around! Not the demonRat party! That's a promise! They will lucky to survive the year! The take down has just started! It's going to go lightning fast now that everyone is in place.

This has been a thing for quite a few years in the history world. Calling someone a slave is implying that they accept that label willingly. An enslaved person implies they were forced into a role without their consent which is a more accurate characterization.

And that is why the BDSM crowd will never conform to this usage.

Did that happen to the Republicans after 2020? There's your answer as to whether or not it's going to happen to the Democrats this time.

Is this one of those QAnon things?
