I just spoke with a very nice lady at SITP. She said they have a meeting next week. She's not certain though, that "he" (I'm assuming the big wig) will have a press announcement for the line-up at that time or not. She says they are hoping to have the press release within the next few weeks.

In the meantime, an internet-check of the hotel told me there are no rooms available (at the particular one we were wanting to stay at). I've e-mailed the manager to see how many he does have and let him know that we'll be reserving between 5-10 rooms.

We'll see.
