'Is It Possible That It Was Just A Horrible Accident?'

We had a similar incident in our neighborhood

The Rabbi took the position against the YOUNG JEW who protected himself against a black thug

I called the Rabbi exactly what he is......I told him the JEW is out there protecting us and the Rabbi's kids against CRIME and for the Rabbi to stand against that is unconscionable

I told him NEVER AGAIN WILL I CONTRIBUTE ANYTHING TO THE SYNAGOGUE

Rev. Al's mother just died, but he had to go stir up racial hatred in Florida before going to her funeral in Alabama. Priorities.

Crime Watch is a pain in the ass. Sitting in your car waiting for a friend or client to arrive home invites a Crime Watch asshole's visit. And they arent satisfied with I.D. and business card. They demand to know whats up, and its impossible to politely get them to leave, until the cops arrive and tell them to fuck off. Then they go home and start calling the news and the governor.

On the otherhand kids take the shortest path to where theyre going. They dont stick to the sidewalks and public streets; they cut thru yards and fields and pastures. My home adjoins a park, and cutting across my yard saves a long walk, so kids use my yard as a shortcut. Its what kids do.

When the smoke clears I expect what happened was a tragic collision tween a kid cutting across a yard and a zealous Crime Watch Commando trying to keep Dodge City safe.

The RAGE RACE machine is in full swing

Will be used to bludgeon us into re electing NIGGER

In Florida...
..."the killing of a human being by the act, procurement, or culpable negligence of another, without lawful justification..., is manslaughter, a felony of the second degree." This is the definition currently used in Florida based on a decision of the Florida Supreme Court.

There has been quite a bit of discussion of how to differentiate manslaughter from first and second degree murder, but what it comes down to is this: if something you do causes someone else to die, if something you get someone else to do causes someone to die, or if you do something stupid (or fail to do something smart) that common sense would tell you would create dangerous situation and could cause someone to die and someone does die, you have committed manslaughter.

.

procurement, or culpable negligence of another, without lawful justification according to the provisions of this chapter, is manslaughter, a felony of the second degree The difficulty comes with the fact that juries are often confused as to the difference between first degree murder (premeditation), second degree murder (evil intent) and manslaughter (intent to cause death). The key is that manslaughter is death to another due to reckless disregard of human life. A person may not have intended anyone to die but they didn’t care if they caused a situation where someone might die, and someone did in fact die.

.

(premeditation), second degree murder (evil intent) and manslaughter (intent to cause death). In order to convict someone of manslaughter by intentional act, it is not necessary for the State to prove that the defendant had a premeditated intent to cause death. A conviction for manslaughter by act does not require an intent to kill but only an intentional act that causes the death of the victim.

First degree murder implies that someone thought about causing the death of another and went to where that person was and caused them to die by either their action or inaction. Second degree murder means that someone does something on purpose that could cause someone to die, knowing that it could cause someone to die, and someone does die. Manslaughter means that someone does something on purpose that could cause someone to die without thinking of that possibility and someone dies.

My opinion is that there's enough evidence for a prosecutor to take this to a jury and I believe he should be convicted of manslaughter. If the Stand Your Ground law allows someone with a gun to approach you, question you, detain you and then shoot you if you attempt to leave, it needs a significant amount of revision. If he's not tried by the locals, there's bound to be some federal charges.

New Black Panthers Rip Obama, Holder For Not Responding Forcefully Enough To Trayvon Martin Shooting…

The race-hustlers are going to milk this tragedy for all it’s worth.

SANFORD, Fla. — Rallying in front of the Sanford Police Department headquarters, members of the New Black Panther Party ripped President Barack Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder for not responding forcefully enough to the killing of Trayvon Martin, an unarmed black teenager.

Mikhail Muhammad, the southern regional minister for the New Black Panther Party, told The Daily Caller that he thinks that the DOJ’s decision to get involved in this case came “a little too late.”

The DOJ didn’t decide to get involved until after Democratic Rep. Corrine Brown pressed Holder for federal help on the case. The Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division finally announced it was launching an investigation into the case on March 19, according to The Miami Herald, nearly a month after Martin was killed.

“With all federal civil rights crimes, the government must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that a person acted intentionally and with the specific intent to do something which the law forbids — the highest level of intent in criminal law,” an unnamed DOJ spokesperson told The Herald. “Negligence, recklessness, mistakes and accidents are not prosecutable under the federal criminal civil rights laws.”

Farrakhan Hints At Violence In Retaliation For Trayvon Martin Killing…

The same Farrakhan who Obama’s long-time pastor Jeremiah Wright honored as “truly epitomizing greatness” while Obama was still a member.

Via The Blaze:

Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan has been among the vocal voices weighing in on calls for justice for Trayvon Martin, an unarmed 17-year-old who was gunned down last month while walking home in Sanford, Florida. On Wednesday, a march was held in New York City in support of the teen’s family, as federal and local authorities launch investigations into how the incident unfolded and why the state’s “stand your ground” law applied to the shooter in this case.

On Twitter yesterday and today, Farrakhan sent some curious tweets regarding peace, justice and retaliation that could be interpreted as a veiled threat.

School security report reveals the slain kid had a burglary tool, 12 pieces of women's jewelry, and marijuana residue in his backpack.

The kid was 17 (not 12 as in most photos shown on TV). The kid was 6'3" and wearing a hood.

So, despite all the dumb things Zimmerman did, the slain kid was no angel either.

Those eager to lynch -- from MSNBC to CNN to Obama -- should pause to read The Ox-Bow Incident.
