I get to meet this cafe over these days near work and she seems very introverted and shy, and she has this nervous disposition though she is a person with a lot of credentials.

I just love interacting with her and complimenting her about her accomplishments. I think she likes the attention and it’s fun to see her response, it all in good grace.

I like flirting with all kinds of people.

One time it was with a Catholic girl. She wasn’t a shy person but the subtlety of the flirting and the avoidance of either of us saying anything too explicit was super fun. There was a lot of doublespeak and innocently suggestive stuff.

The mind game was fun partly because of her reservations but also because we were doing it in front of my boyfriend and her girlfriend. They weren’t picking up on it but Catholic-girl and I were turning each other on and giving each other fuck-me looks, which, thankfully, our partners didn’t notice.

It didn’t go farther than flirting but most flirting never does. That’s how you get good at it - by doing it when there’s zero stakes.

Yes I do a lot, but I have learned that shy people can still be very sexual

Absolutely not...

This is just my preference and experience tho. I like men with dom characteristics, even a bit of arrogance. So flirting with someone shy or introvert just frustrates me. I want back and forth in real life conversation. I want banter. I want him pushing the boundaries of what's appropriate to say to a woman and get me to blush in public

Continuing from my first post, I just found myself effortlessly chatting and being witty with “my” cafe owner and she does laugh in her shy way and is so much fun!

It’s always fun to bump into her being a bit awkward trying willing to talk to me!

As long as she's not giving "no, stop, not interested" signals (consciously or unconsciously. We can tell), it's fun to keep going and find out when she'll be enticed into coming out of her shell and giving you back some play.

Also, while it is fun to flirt with someone who's actively flirting back, some of my funnest partners have been people who didn't flirt back but who clearly were on board with the seduction. Once we got in bed, that was what it took for them to peel the shy off and just get wild.
