is it against the law to run around in your underwear?

lol sorry for the AVTAR......but i am always running around the house in my briefs...have taken the trash out in them...just wondering if i can be arrested for it
 
As long as it covers areas of the body that are considered "Indecent Exposure" No it is not illegal. Each state and even many counties have their own idea of what this is, but most are similar. On hot days during the summer I can often be found lounging on the patio of my favorite coffeeshop with my shirt off.

You'd have trouble entering many businesses that way, though.
 
well i would not go to the store in my underwear lol........but as i said i will run out to my car etc....wearing boxer briefs

the night before last, my lady got a call from her firend saying that she could not get ahold of her kids at home and she was locked out of her car. she wanted my lady to tdrive over to her apartment to check on the kids(teenagers) to make sure that they were ok because the phone was busy...my lady was in her PJ's and grabbed her keys to go. She wanted me to go too because it was dark and she wanted someone to go with her. I told her that i was going to throw some pants on as i wa in my boxer briefs....she said that she needed to go now and i would not have to get out anyway....so there i went got in the car and we drove off.....halfway there i actually fely aroused as here i was in just my briefs driving through town hoping the car wuld not get a flat or something.....has anyone ever done this before??

Gone on an errand thus, with a possibility that I might need to meet an emergency, get out of the car, flag down a cop, bust a window, etc.? Nope.
