Can someone explain to me why very old stories, even 20 years old, are appearing in the “Favoritest Erotic Stories - 30 Days” section?
Is it a bug or is there some specific reason?

It's not stories from the last 30 days with the most favorites, it's stories with the most favorites in the last 30 days. The release date of the story doesn't matter. It's ranked by the number of new favorites in the last 30 days.
