As far as the yahoo in the video, that's what you get. Shoot off your mouth to disparage others and it circles around and bites you in the ass.
The unfortunate part is there are DSOB's like this in all walks of life and in positions of power. They'll grin at you in public and make nice while tearing your ass up in private. Then run and hide when they get caught. What's that called? Knavish? Guileful? Nope, just a plain ol' ass hole.
