I think the more often he uses it the more often he has the opportunity to get it out there. It doesn't have to be accurate.

He knows I'm white, he just disparages my gender, not my race. He does know the difference and tries to be accurate if possible, but if he doesn't, he'll just use as many hot button terms as possible and make up more.

You left out performance artist. I've heard that one for years. "He just wants to make you think," is the usual apologist's line.

What we see here is the real busybody. It's not an act he puts on for us. This is a quite real mentally ill person.

Maybe after "performing" for so long, one day he woke up and could no longer tell a difference between himself and the performer. It doesn't matter. He is a person of no influence, except among those who think there is some point to warning sensible people about him.

Then you're immune to his particular attempt at being infectious. But the intent is to infect, and those who are not immune get busybodied. I'm immune, but I know his intent. If he can get people to think he's just a jolly guy out to have fun, he's sold his bullshit.
