Like you said Pink, Golf IS boring but then so are lot's of other things, not the least of which is baseball.

Baseball is NOT boring. Soccer is boring. American Football is boring (less so than soccer but its got more commercials so its a wash). Golf can be boring, but not always.

I have back trouble. I love to play golf but my back effectively prevents me from practicing very much, and I used to practice a lot.
If Tiger cannot get a handle on his back problem(s) very quickly, he may find it extremely difficult to break Jack's record of major wins, or even to compete at all.

Soccer is the most boring major sport. Not because there isn't action but because it doesn't result in anything of significance happening 99% of the time.
