Is anyone familiar with any of these free picture resizing downloads

I used to have a free version of ACDSee, & it was great for editing pics and stuff. I had to redo my whole harddrive due to some kink in it that just kept messing my computer.

Well, I lost my ACDSee and I am looking for something that just lets me do basic editing and resizing. I found a website that lists these (as well as many others)....I am afraid to just download anything however and wanted to know if any of these have been used and if they are ok.

I've been using IrfanView for some years now. It does a lot more than you need, but it's my go-to for cropping and resizing.
