Elementary - 1-10 posts - pass test-issued with licence and password to next grade.
1st grade 11-50 posts - pass test - issued with licence and password to next grade.

And so on up to the penultimate grade.

The vision that makes me laugh is one of huge bolted doors behind which are thousands of posters who had reached the penultimate step and they all pass the final test. The doors creak open and...

I'd have something to write about then!

Probably lends itself to a cartoon better than anyting.
