I'm reading to take down the fukkin' Christmas lights, throw the tree out the window, unwrap the presents, give them to charity, and burn every Christmas CD I own.

I am so not enjoying this holiday season.

Anyone else feel the same way?

Yes, I know there is already a "how do you deal with it" thread. Consider this to be the venting thread.

Discuss. Bitch. Whine. Moan. Whatever.

Im not allowed to be a Scrooge.

But I sympathize with you. Here, just for you::kiss: :rose:  :rose:
Hope that helps!

Well, I'd take down the tree and lights and unwrap the presents too but I haven't put a tree up or wrapped any presents yet so I guess I could just save myself the trouble altogether. :)

Actually, I just started wrapping tonight. I suck at wrapping.

Bah humbug! :p

I'm always a scrooge. There are only two reasons to celebrate Christmas. The religious aspect which doesn't apply to me, being Atheist, and the Commercial aspect, which also doesn't apply to me because I want to keep my money.

People overspend at Christmas. They put themselves in so much debt that they can't get out of it until NEXT Christmas. It's sad. But if everyone started feeling my way, the entire US economy would collapse

Damn. . .there is someone who thinks like I do! I can respect the religious aspect, although that's never been my thing.

If it wasn't for my daughter, I'd skip it all together. . .

Ohhhhhh....sweetie..don't get like that. Come and spend Cmas with me.

We'll give presents to each other.;)

Christmas is ok except for the pre christmas blues. But its not a problem with me. I just get sick of hearing christmas music all the time.

Actually, I'm with you. My wife is in to Christmas, but I'd just as soon hang a picture of a Christmas tree on the window and turn on the porch light to light it up. Good luck with the wrapping.
Maybe if you wrapped yourself up first you'd get in the mood.
