Iraq Information Minister says U.S. troops haven't even left Western Hemisphere yet

I think the Iraqi Information Officer needs new glasses :D

Speaking of glasses...

I was watching one of the tapes Iraq TV put on showing Saddam sitting around a table with his aides and sons -- you know, one of those tapes that everyone thinks was pre-recorded before the war. There was one aide or minister sitting around the table who had these big, thick, round, black glasses, and I realized they looked exactly like the glasses "Saddam" wore in that weird TV appearance after the invasion began, the one where everyone first started wondering if this was a body double. So I'm thinking the aide dude lent the body double his glasses to make the double harder to discern from Saddam.

I'm also pretty sure I spotted on the table there an ashtray from an Atlantic City Holiday Inn, but I can't be sure.

I think everyone needs new glasses, and we've all gone dellusional. Don't you know? The USA was only a figment a frenchman's imagination.

And Japan is a memory of the early 90's...that the world's forgotten about...It must be tough to shine for a few years and then flicker out...Except for the Iron Chef, I love that show!!

Today he said, "Okay, they left the western hemisphere, but they're stuck in Marseille asking directions, and the French aren't talking."

At least you've finally admitted to your problem.

He was a failed Marvel Comics character.

Didn't he sit next to Aquaman, in the Justice Center? (or whatever it was called)

I can't wait to see on MSNBC a Marine walk up behind this guy and tap him on the shoulder and say... "We're here...."

Or will he then just cover his ears and eyes and say. "Blah blah blah I can't see you I can't hear you blah blah blah..."??

Hm, I agree with all of you....

and if I may say... Ms.M is hot. Nice picture, girl. :)

Ms M is completely hot!

Yes. Please don't turn my deeply serious political thread into an opportunity to "Are You Hot?" people. Shit like that don't happen at Lit.

Sorry, DCL... :( Didn't mean to hijack. *goes back onto subject*

I just think that the Iraqi Government are all dilusional. The tapes have to be pre-recorded.

What I want to know is how Saddam actually thought he could be victorious... I don't know. I guess it could branch out into other ways... Like, if a 3rd world war started and we lost.... I guess he could be victorious, seeing as it's his fault the war started.

I think I am getting to deep into trying to pick him apart.. Seeing as I am no good at doing that anyway. I don't want to make up any conspiracy theories... bleah. *thinks of Redwave and shudders*

Saddam wasn't thinking "victory", he was thinking "survival".

And I was kidding above. Tell me I'm hot. Go ahead. See if I care.

You're so hot, Dix.... I could just put whipped cream all over your body and lick it off all night long.... (And I'm a lesbian. :))

Your emperor Has a TV show caled the 'iron chef' where his cooks battle other japanese cooks, and the loser is cooked alive and eaten by the audience. It is a terrible show with lots of violence and shows the emperor's utter disregard for human life, so you should consider your self very lucky to have never viewed this trash exported by japan to the rest of the free world.
