Invitation to all to add to my story

No one wuvs me, I'm gonna cry :(

I tried to get it, but I just don't. I would have you try to explain it to me, but I am sure that would take all of the fun out of it. Hopefully there is someone out there who gets what you are up to here.

Lol....Monty Python? Red dwarf? Bottom? D.A.A.S Kapital? watch each of these shows ten times then sustain a terrible head injury ( then repeat ) now type what you see!

But seriously, no stress if you dont like or get it, I just sometimes like to write something not quite so...cough...."Adult" in nature. ( you know, with noodie bits! )

I love Monty Python, I have not heard of the other ones you mention though so that is clearly my problem. I will revisit the story when I am more brain damaged, or maybe after I visit Australia... :D

Red Dwarf and Bottom are English, the last one Australian, I dont know about America, but we ( Aussies ) get alot of the English programs.

p.s Bring on the brain damage! :p

Red Dwarf made it to the US. It's hilarious. I love the "cat". But I'm also a BritCom lover (The Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin, Are You Being Served?, Fawlty Towers, Monty Python, Red Dwarf, The Good Life, etc.).

I love Kryten.....and his vaccum :D

I've always wanted to see the American pilots of Red Dwarf even though they were terrible. The producers kind of missed the point with the Cat and the character was played by a woman in one pilot Terry Farrell of DS9 in fact.

American pilots? as in a whole new cast?

P.s I forgot, I also love the original English "Hitch hikers guide to the galaxy" series, cheap looking sets....but bloody funny!

Far better than the Hitch Hiker's film which is fucking terrible. The radio shows of Hitch are the best though as well as the books. Well a mostly all American cast Robert Llewellyn played Kryten in both pilots, they were made inbetween series 4 there's a documentary on the Series 4 DVD.

Red Dwarf USA

That's the cast for both pilots. The only decent thing to come out of the two pilots was that they redesigned the Kryten suit, which they later reused for the British series.

Though I agreee that the radio show was the best and such, I liked the movie, except for the stupid way they handled the two-head thing of Zaphod.

I remember my first encounter was the book on tape from a friend who didnt like reading much, so I would be walking down the street and people would stare at me 'cus I'de be pissing myself with laughter with my headphones on!

Favourite quote..." Oh " said God, and disappeared in a puff of logic. :p

P.s is anyone gonna add to poor Fuster?

I disliked the vast amount of stuff which had nothing to do with the original story so about 75% of the film.

How about bottom, Deathofcards? you like that?

P.s......dont forget fuster everyone! ( keeping this thread legal!) :p

Never seen all of it but yeah I always liked Bottom and The Young ones. If you like dark British comedy check out Peep Show.
