Invisible Mind Control

A guy develops a type of mind control that makes people totally ignore him. They know he is there for the most part because they don’t bump into him when he walks down the halls of the university and will still talk to him if he starts a conversation but they never make eye contact and his teachers never mark him absent. He finds it easy to cheat on test and becomes the ultimate peeping tom able to look down girl’s blouses or up their skirts with impunity as long as he doesn’t touch them. Though if he does they generally swat his hand away as if shoeing away a bug or something or if he lifts a skirt they just think it’s the wind.

One day a hot chick who is drinking out of a water bottle isn’t looking where she is going and runs right into him, he puts his hands up to stop her and gets a handful of her breast. To his surprise she doesn’t respond and just keeps drinking from the bottle. He looks around and as usual no one seems to be looking at him groping the girl in the middle of the quad. Realizing his powers have grown he decides to see how much.

There actually a comic with someone who has almost this exact power. The comic is called Locus (just google it, it's worth a read) and the character is named Spook, the power is called Masking (I believe) and it conceals the user from being "seen" or more accurately registering to people. He's functionally invisible but nobody bumps into him or anything because they DO see him on some level but they are unable to really register it. Though on the downside because it's a magic effect it only works on people actually looking at him he shows up just fine on surveliance tapes and the like.

Anyway I like this story idea over all. It could be fun.

Since its a form of mass mind control where he can override other people senses I figure as long as she is near him he is masking her as well. Until he walks away from her.
